James "Jim" Anderson is the President and Co-founder of The Grayce Group, LLC. With 38 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry, both domestically and internationally, he has assisted clients in defining business strategies, business process improvements, technology strategies, systems implementations and deployments.
Prior establishing The Grayce Group, Jim was a Vice President at Endurance Specialty responsible for business analysis services. He has held positions at PwC and IBM Global Business Services responsible for aligning client business strategies with innovative information technology.
In addition, Jim has held practice leadership positions at BearingPoint / KMPG Consulting and international insurance services executive for CSC.
